Define a tool from a zod schema and serve it as a manifest that Persona discovers live:

Mount via createRuntime({ restToolsManifest: { tools: [getProfile], authToken: process.env.PERSONA_TOOLS_SECRET! } }) — served at GET {mountPath}/rest-tools/manifest. Register that URL in Developer Studio as a REST Tool Source (URL + API Key = PERSONA_TOOLS_SECRET) — attach the source to an agent, tools are fetched live each turn.
